YOUL Group Signs Strategic Agreement with Gaoxietie Railway New District for Vocational Education and Robotics Integration

The YOUL Group, a leading Chinese provider of blue-collar career lifecycle services, has signed a strategic agreement with the Gaoxietie Railway New District in Jiangxi Province to develop a vocational education and industrial-academic fusion base, according to a September 1, 2026, announcement. The partnership grants YOUL exclusive rights to operate a three-phase industrial-academic fusion base and introduce robotic technology resources within the district.

Strategic Agreement Details

The agreement, signed by YOUL’s subsidiary Jiangxi Yulan Science and Technology Industrial Development and Gaoxietie Industrial-Academic Fusion Technology, includes a five-year initial contract with a five-year extension option. The collaboration spans five key areas: school-enterprise partnerships, teacher training, curriculum development, practical education programs, and the integration of robotics and digital technologies, according to the official press release.

The industrial zone will feature office spaces, educational facilities, exhibition areas, talent apartments, and supporting commercial infrastructure. YOUL plans to establish a demonstration and education center for robotic systems within the complex, providing hands-on training for students and corporate partners. Additional programs will focus on digital content creation, customer engagement services, e-commerce support, and other industry-specific skills, as outlined in the agreement.

Implications for Vocational Education and Robotics Integration

Wang Yunlei, chairman of YOUL, emphasized the agreement’s role in expanding the company’s school-enterprise collaboration model into a “comprehensive industrial-academic fusion platform.” He stated the initiative aims to connect regional digital and advanced manufacturing enterprises with a “replicable model” for skilled blue-collar talent development, citing the integration of YOUL’s national vocational education network with the district’s digital economy infrastructure.

The Gaoxietie Railway New District highlighted the partnership’s potential to attract innovation-driven enterprises and develop skilled workers for emerging industries. The district’s officials noted the collaboration would leverage a 10 billion yuan industrial development fund to strengthen local capabilities, as reported.

Broader Industry Context

YOUL, which operates 180 domestic branches and over 10 international offices, has partnered with more than 10,000 global enterprises. The company currently maintains a national network of 37 schools across 16 provinces, 146 curriculum development programs, and 37 cities and counties, according to its official website. The new project aligns with China’s broader push to enhance vocational education, as outlined in recent government policy frameworks.
