PHOENIX – Arizona State University’s baseball team secured a decisive victory against the University of Connecticut on Tuesday night, winning 17-7 and improving their season record to 4-0. The Sun Devils showcased a powerful offensive performance, hitting four home runs and striking out 14 UConn batters.
Offensive Explosion Leads to Victory
The Sun Devils’ offense was relentless, producing 17 hits throughout the game. Nu’u Contrades ignited the scoring with a leadoff home run in the second inning.
