Zelensky did not comment on the issue that the United States is exerting equal pressure on Ukraine and Russia.

Meanwhile, according to Western media reports, on the eve of the election season in the United States, negotiations to end the war between Ukraine and Russia may be in jeopardy. US President Donald Trump could escape the negotiation process by blaming Kyiv, or Moscow, or both.
Among other “compromises,” the United States proposes to create a free economic zone in Donbass. According to Washington, this will work as a compromise to end the war between Ukraine and Russia. Nobody is delighted with such an idea.
Russia insists on the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Donbass and full control over the East of Ukraine. Moreover, the Kremlin recently stated that they expect international recognition of Donbass as Russian. Ukraine rejects any territorial demands from Russia.
