Cold Front Impact

A cold front arriving on Thursday is expected to cause a drop in temperatures across Uruguay. Meteorologist Guillermo Ramis indicated that recent rainfall has been concentrated in the north, with Montevideo and the metropolitan area experiencing little significant rain so far [Inumet]. The passage of the cold front will lead to a noticeable thermal decrease in the coming days, with minimums of 21°C and maximums of 25°C – lower than usual for this time of year – potentially lasting until at least Sunday with “some showers.”
