US Offered Maduro Exit to Russia or another Country

The United States has offered President Nicolás Maduro “to go to Russia” or to another country, US Senator Markwayne Mullin said today in an interview with CNN.

“Incidentally speaking, we gave Maduro an opportunity to leave,” assured the Republican senator from Oklahoma. “We told him he could go to Russia or go to another country,” he added.

These statements come at a time of very high tension.
