MONROE, Ohio – March 24, 2026 – Valicor Environmental Services, a leading provider of centralized wastewater treatment and recycling services in North America, today announced the acquisition of the Pittsburgh-area wastewater treatment and industrial oil operations of Petromax LTD. This expansion marks Valicor’s entry into the Pennsylvania market and strengthens its commitment to environmentally responsible waste and wastewater treatment.
The acquired facility, located in Carnegie, Pennsylvania, provides non-hazardous wastewater disposal and oil recycling services. With this addition, Valicor now operates a network of 32 facilities across 16 states, solidifying its position as the largest provider of non-hazardous centralized wastewater treatment services in North America.
