Actress, director, and producer Tichina Arnold has entered into a first-look deal with CBS Studios, through her production company, Queen Light Productions. This partnership extends a two-decade relationship between Arnold and the studio.

This agreement comes as Arnold prepares to conclude her role on the CBS comedy The Neighborhood, which is ending after its eighth season.
