Montgomerie Links Unveils The 19th Coffee and Beer
Montgomerie Links is preparing to open The 19th Coffee & Beer, a refreshed clubhouse venue overlooking the driving range and first tee. The space features contemporary indoor seating alongside a spacious outdoor terrace designed for golfers before or after a round.
The menu blends contemporary Western dishes with authentic Vietnamese ingredients, complementing the existing Birdies Restaurant situated near the 18th green. “The 19th gives golfers somewhere they can settle in before a round or linger afterwards, with good food, a relaxed atmosphere and views that keep them connected to the course.” Great golf is still at the heart of everything we do, but the experience doesn’t begin and end on the course,
said Le Vo Hoang Van, Club Manager at Montgomerie Links.

Ba Na Hills Expands Clubhouse Menu for Autumn Season
Ba Na Hills Golf Club has introduced a seasonal menu for September and October, mixing Vietnamese and international selections across its clubhouse dining operations. New signature dishes include beef short-rip phở, truffle creamy rigatoni with crispy chicken, Korean sundubu jjigae, and crispy Vietnamese pancakes.
Additional seasonal offerings span Phu Quoc-style bún quậy seafood noodle soup, Hoi An-inspired herbal tea, and Korean kimchi jjigae. Traditional items such as mooncakes and Korean songpyeon mark the autumn festival period alongside a new cocktail selection. “Our golfers come from across Asia and around the world, so we want the clubhouse to reflect that diversity while retaining a strong sense of place through Vietnamese dishes and ingredients.” Food has become an increasingly important part of the golf experience in Central Vietnam,
said Andrew McGregor, General Manager at Ba Na Hills Golf Club.
