Currently serving as an officer and cook in Battalion 1 of the Special Forces Officer School, Major Quỳnh has consistently demonstrated unwavering dedication to her duties. Her friendly demeanor and attentive nature have left a lasting impression on generations of officers and soldiers at the school, fostering a warm and collaborative environment among her peers.

Originally from Tuyen Quang province, Major Quỳnh discovered her passion for athletics during her military service. Possessing exceptional physical strength, discipline, and determination, she consistently pushed her limits in training and competition. She has excelled in a variety of demanding exercises, showcasing remarkable endurance and willpower.

Exceptional Feats of Strength and Endurance

Major Quỳnh’s training regimen includes extraordinary feats of strength, such as wrapping iron bars around her neck, breaking bricks and tiles with her bare hands, and performing challenging physical exercises. She has also participated in mixed martial arts (MMA), taking on four opponents simultaneously. Her most notable skill involves breaking stones while lying on a bed of spikes, a practice requiring intense concentration and precise control of breathing and energy.

Recognition and Awards

Major Quỳnh’s perseverance and dedication have been recognized with several awards, including a bronze medal in the individual category at the Army Close Combat Competition in 2022, the title of Model Soldier in 2022, a General Staff Award for outstanding performance at the 2024 Vietnam International Defense Exhibition, and a Special Forces Command Commendation in 2020.

Despite her rigorous military training, Major Quỳnh also demonstrates a talent for the arts, participating in activities such as the 2024 Vietnamese Army Women’s Lullabies, Folk Songs and Traditional Music Festival.
