The playoff format consists of home and away matches, decided on aggregate score. The first leg is scheduled for the weekend of March 28th and 29th at the Cus Roma facility in Tor Vergata, with the return leg tentatively set for Viterbo around April 12th, taking into account the Easter holidays.

The winners of the Domus Mulieris vs. Sfera pairing will face the winner of the match between Basket Manzao (third place in Group A) and JR Basket Roma (sixth place in Group B).
