She concluded her collegiate career ranked ninth in career assists (3,148), eighth in career digs (1,175), and tied for second in service aces (139).

During her time at hawaii, Iosia earned numerous accolades, including Big West Player of the Year honors. She was a four-time first-team all-conference selection and received an AVCA All-American honorable mention in 2019.

following her collegiate success, Iosia continued her volleyball career professionally, playing in Greece, Hungary, and Switzerland.

“Our goal was to find an offensive-minded coach to take the lead with our setters, and Norene is going to be great in this role,” said Head Coach Tony Graystone. “There was a tremendous amount of interest in this position, but it quickly became clear that Norene would be a terrific fit with the team and coaching staff. We are very excited for her to get started.”
