Your future field of responsibility
- Responsible for overseeing a defined service area – including mise-en-place, guest relations and final work
- Actively advise our guests on food and drinks – with a keen sense of wishes and recommendations
- Careful compliance with our quality and hygiene standards – you keep an eye on every detail
- Close cooperation with the Chef de Rang as well as the kitchen and bar – to ensure that day-to-day business runs smoothly
- Support with smaller management tasks, such as training new colleagues or supporting the ordering process
Your profile
- Completed training in the hotel or catering industry
- First experience in service – e.g. B. as Commis de Rang
- Well-groomed, friendly demeanor and host mentality
- Ability to work in a team, initiative and a high level of quality awareness
- Good knowledge of German, English an advantage
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

The position is classified in wage group 3 (LG 3) in accordance with the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry. The basic salary is currently €2,300.00 gross for a 38-hour week. An overpayment depending on qualifications and experience is still possible and will be negotiated individually.
