Lundgren Earns All-America Honors, Revitt Breaks Record at NCAA Championships

ATLANTA (March 20, 2026) – Washington State University senior Emily Lundgren secured All-America second-team honors, and sophomore Darcy Revitt shattered her own school record on day three of the 2026 NCAA Championships held in Atlanta Friday.

Lundgren’s All-America Performance

Lundgren achieved a time of 2:08.13 in the 200-meter breaststroke prelims, earning her second-team All-America recognition. Throughout her Cougar career, Lundgren has become the most decorated swimmer in program history, boasting four All-America honors, and is the only four-time NCAA selection. She has accumulated 59 career individual victories and holds school records in the 100 Breast (58.83), 200 Breast (2:06.18), 100 Fly (52.60), and 200 IM (1:57.81).

Last season, Lundgren finished sixth in the 200 Breast at the NCAA Championships, marking the best finish by a Cougar swimmer in program history. She similarly posted a time of 59.83 in the 100 Breast prelims on Thursday, ranking No. 27 nationally.

Revitt Sets New School Record

Revitt recorded a time of 21.81 in the 50-meter freestyle prelims, surpassing her previous school record and finishing No. 22 nationally. The Guildford, England native is scheduled to compete in the 100 Free on Saturday.

This marks Revitt’s second consecutive trip to the NCAA Championships, following her success at the Mountain West Championships last month where she won the 50 Free and 100 Free events. She was named Co-Swimmer of the Meet after securing six titles, including contributions to the 200 Free Relay, 400 Free Relay, 200 Medley Relay, and 400 Medley Relay. Revitt currently holds the school records in the 50 Free (21.83) and 100 Free (47.45), and led the team with 20 individual wins this season.
