Pre-Booked Tickets Grant Access to Panda House
Travelers visiting Beijing Zoo can now bypass traditional ticket office lines by purchasing general admission in advance, according to ticketing details provided by WAUG Inc. The pre-booked ticket grants entry to the historic facility, including the dedicated Panda House, following a standard security screening.
Visitors can access the grounds through either the Main Gate or the North Gate, though the Main Gate sits closest to the Panda House. Authorities note that giant pandas display peak activity levels during morning hours, making an early arrival optimal for viewing star residents such as Meng Lan up close as they feed on fresh bamboo.
General Admission Excludes Guided Tours and Rentals
Originally established as a royal garden, the park preserves structural elements of its imperial past, including the century-old Changguan Tower situated at the western edge of the zoo property.
Zoo management notes that animal sightings remain subject to change based on individual animal health conditions and daily on-site operational circumstances. The pre-arranged general admission covers entry to the park and the Panda House only, while auxiliary services such as guided tours, audio guides, and electric cart rentals inside the facility require separate arrangements.
