‘Wout Weghorst buys house in Enschede and reveals transfer to FC Twente’
The high-profile striker has reportedly bought a new house and that could well indicate a transfer within the Eredivisie. Bee ESPN reveals Tijmen van Wissing from RTV Oost about FC Twente and Weghorst: “I think that real work is being done on Weghorst. Rumor has it that he has bought another house in Twente. We get really stressed when Weghorst comes back, because he has really become ‘persona non grata’ since he joined Ajax.”
The journalist sees it for himself: “I think Weghorst and Sam Lammers would be a golden duo. FC Twente lacks Weghorst’s ethics and goals a bit.”
