The West Coast Asian Food Festival brings hundreds of classic Asian dishes and cultural exhibits to the San Mateo County Event Center on August 15 and 16, 2026, according to event schedules. Running from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day, the weekend gathering serves as part of the broader USA Asian Culture & Food Expo, designed to introduce culinary trends from across Asia to American consumers, as reported by the East Bay Times.

Festival Admission Tiers and Schedule

General admission tickets cost $3.79, while VIP access is priced at $16.59, and children under the age of seven enter for free, according to the East Bay Times. Event organizers have scheduled the festival for August 15–16, 2026, at the San Mateo County Event Center.

According to Eventbrite disclosures, a single ticket grants attendees access to both the USA Asian Culture and Food Expo and the West Coast Asian Food Festival. The event features an "Expo-Only" Tasting Zone, giving visitors access to first-look dishes and innovative products before they hit mainstream markets.

More than 200 food and beverage vendors representing eight countries will offer a variety of samples and items for purchase, according to the East Bay Times. The menu spans multiple culinary traditions:

Cultural Performances and Family Activities

In addition to food stalls, the festival features scheduled cultural programming on its main stage, including traditional lion and dragon dances, live K-Pop and J-Pop cover sets, martial arts demonstrations, and traditional instrumental performances, according to Eventbrite listings.
