Bulgaria Identifies most and Least Attractive Professions
Experts recently analyzed the appeal of various professions and the challenges facing job security at the National conference “Attractive Professions for a Lasting Future.” The Association of industrial Capital in Bulgaria (AIKB) organized the event.
Professors stefan Petranov and Albena Nakova, along with Associate Professor Milena Angelova, shared findings from a nationally representative survey assessing profession attractiveness.
Thier model calculated an attractiveness rating, revealing the six most appealing occupations: engineering specialist, data and interaction technology operations technician, web content software developer, database administrator designer, electronic technician, and training and staff development specialist. Conversely, the six least attractive professions were identified as gardeners, air traffic security technicians, musicians, dancers, freight forwarding agents, and airline pilots.
