Boys compete under NCAA folkstyle rules, while girls compete under freestyle rules, continuing a platform designed to highlight elite prospects before they advance to collegiate and international competition.
Girls Matchups and Contender Profiles
According to FloWrestling, the 2026 card features notable matchups across multiple weight classes, anchored by standout athletes from national tournaments like Fargo and the U17 World Team Trials. At 135 pounds, top-ranked Camille Danica Torres “Camila” of Yuma, Arizona, will face off against Iowa state champion Bella Miller. The pairing serves as a rematch of their Round of 32 bout at Fargo, where Torres secured a late takedown for a 4-3 victory before ultimately finishing behind Emma Bacon. Miller enters the matchup following a strong run at Junior Nationals and a second-place finish at the U17 World Team Trials, where she fell in straight matches to Landri Von Gonten.
At 140 pounds, Landri Von Gonten of The Woodlands, Texas, moves up a weight class to face Pendleton, Indiana native Maddie Marsh, according to FloWrestling. Von Gonten earned a 16-3 technical superiority win at the previous year’s Who’s Number One event and captured a silver medal at the U17 World Championships after winning the U17 Pan-Am Championships. Her opponent, Marsh, is a three-time state champion with an unblemished prep record who captured the 140-pound Junior title this season following a series of tight matches at the World Team Trials.
The 115-pound division features Florida’s Abigail Gonzalez against California’s Aubree Gutierrez, as reported by FloWrestling. Gonzalez secured a memorable finals fall in 1:48 over Kinzie Williams at Fargo this year, building on consistent progression at the tournament. Gutierrez posted a busy competitive schedule that included a third-place finish at Junior Nationals, a fifth-place finish in the U17 division at Women’s Nationals, and a second-place finish in the U20 division behind Taylor Whiting.

The event is presented by Cliff Keen Athletic, which supplies wrestling gear and uniforms to all participating athletes, according to FloWrestling.
