Leslie Caudill Turner, the wife of missing high school football coach Travis Turner, has taken herself offline amid her husband’s continued disappearance.
The football wife deactivated her Facebook account on Wednesday, November 26, six days after Travis disappeared from the family home and hasn’t been seen since.
Leslie’s final Facebook post, which she later deleted, voiced her support for her missing husband.
“I just wanted to get on here for a second to clear up something, as of right now, 10:25 PM on Friday night, Travis is missing, & that’s all we certainly know,” leslie wrote, according to multiple outlets.
Leslie continued, “We love him & need him here with us. Thank you to everyone who has reached out with love & support. It means more than you know.Just keep praying that he comes home.”

Travis Turner was officially listed as an “endangered missing person” on Saturday, November 22, with a search involving K-9 units, drones and a helicopter concentrated on the wooded area behind the Turner family home.”He had went into the woods right near the general location of his house,and that’s basically where we’ve focused our search on,” Virginia State Police 1st Sgt. Jason Day told News Channel 11 on Saturday.
Travis went missing as agents from the Bureau of Criminal Investigation were on their way to question him at his home about an open investigation.
Wise County Public Schools, who employed Travis, announced on Friday, November 21, that an unnamed staff member had been placed on leave.
“At this time, a staff member has been placed on administrative leave with pay while an external agency reviews an allegation that was reported to us,” Wise County Public Schools said in a statement. “This is standard procedure and not a determination of wrongdoing. The division cannot comment further.”
