Just days before the Christmas holidays, one of the biggest questions for snow lovers is will it rain until the end of the year? What are the latest weather forecasts for the coming weeks?
Long-term forecasts always contain a considerable risk of changes, but at least they draw trends in the meteorological situation. At this stage, until December 20, and shortly after, the weather will keep its “boring” december rhythm without significant precipitation – neither in the low part of the country, nor even in the mountains. Europe is “stifled” by “omega” circulation, in which the Balkans and Bulgaria in particular fall under the influence of anticyclones.
Will it snow for Christmas?
The daily course of the weather will be with conditions of low clouds and fog in the hours before noon and sunny breaks in the afternoon. In the morning the temperatures will be low – from zero to 5 degrees, in the afternoon – up to 12-13 in the usually warmer areas.
We have to be ready for accumulation of pollutants in the lower atmospheric layers.
