Woman Recalled to Prison After Posting Nude Images of Mistress

Eleanor Brown, 26, was jailed after she posted naked images of her father’s mistress on an escort website in a bid to get revenge for the affair

A woman who was imprisoned for sharing explicit photos of her father’s mistress online has reportedly been sent back to jail.

Eleanor Brown, 26, uploaded the images onto an escort website as retaliation for the affair that nearly ruined her parents’ marriage. She has now been recalled to prison, as reported by the Daily Mail.

Brown, hailing from Morley, West Yorkshire, is said to have posted the pictures while intoxicated, spurred on by her mother and sister. She was initially sentenced to three years in prison in October 2024, which was later reduced to two years on appeal.

The act of revenge left Brown jobless and incarcerated. She posted the explicit images and created an advertisement on the site – Viva Street – even including the woman’s husband’s phone number, leading him to receive a barrage of calls.

His Honour Judge Menary characterised Brown’s actions as “vengeful and vindictive”, sentencing her to three years in prison. However, she was released late last year on licence, complete with an electronic tag, reports Yorkshire Live.

Now, it appears she has been returned to prison. The Daily Mail cites a Ministry of Justice source confirming her return last month, although the reasons remain unclear.

In a previous interview with the Sun, Brown admitted: “I now realise how terrifying it must have been for the woman, but I was never on a mission to cause maximum harm. I was just poking fun and I ended up in prison.”

Despite this, she has frequently shared updates about her life in prison on social media, defiantly stating in one video: “I’m not sorry and never will be sorry.”

Eleanor has subsequently posted on her social media regarding her return to prison, though it remains unclear how she has access to her account. In a post on her Instagram, she wrote: “They will not facilitate contact with my mum because of what I have been recalled for, she needs to tell a solicitor.

“They won’t authorise her pin, they won’t let me have any contact with her. I have been told this, I also cannot get a legal call until tomorrow…please tell her asap. She needs to go to press with this. They won’t let me have contact with outside world! ! ! ! What the f***.”

The relationship between her father and his mistress came to light when Eleanor was 14, but the fraudulent escort profile was not established until 12 years later when her mother forwarded the images of the woman who nearly wrecked her marriage. Eleanor subsequently set up the account advertising services from £5, resulting in the woman’s phone being flooded with messages. Eleanor completed half of her sentence before being released.

She said: “If I could turn the clocks back the only thing I’d do differently is put my phone in the bin. I would just bin the phone, that phone has got me in so much trouble.

“But I am not remorseful. I do not hold any remorse in my body. I wouldn’t do it again – your nudes are all safe – but I am definitely not remorseful.”

A spokesperson for the Ministry of Justice informed the Daily Mail: “Offenders released on licence are subject to strict conditions and we do not hesitate to send them back to prison if they break the rules.”
