Chattanooga Mocs Women’s Tennis Secures Road Victory, Prepares for Western Carolina Match

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (March 22, 2026) — The Chattanooga Mocs women’s tennis team defeated Alabama A&M 4-0 on Sunday afternoon at the AAMU Tennis Courts in Huntsville, Ala., marking their second consecutive win.

“It was great for our team to come out firing after a grind of a match yesterday,” said head coach Chad Camper. “The momentum of in doubles helped in our singles matches against a very talented and well-coached group, who play singles extremely well.”

In doubles play, Emma Pedretti and Savannah Presson won 6-1 at No. 1, followed by Jordan Fenton and Addison Iacono securing the doubles point with a 6-1 victory at No. 2. The No. 3 doubles match featuring Ella Mancuso and Margaret Manolache was unfinished at 4-2.

Addison Iacono quickly extended the Mocs’ lead with a straight-set win at No. 1 singles (6-2, 6-1). Zara Burns followed with a 6-4, 6-3 win at No. 4, and Jordan Fenton clinched the team victory with a 6-2, 6-0 result at No. 5.
