WorldSBK Secures Broadcast Deals in Portugal and Greece Ahead of 2026 Season

Motorcycling’s FIM Superbike World Championship (WorldSBK) has expanded its broadcast reach with new partnerships in Portugal and Greece ahead of the 2026 season. These agreements will bring comprehensive coverage of the championship to fans in both countries.

New Broadcast Partners

DAZN, the international sports streaming service, has secured the rights to broadcast WorldSBK in Portugal. Meanwhile, ANT1+ will become the home of the competition in Greece.

Coverage Details

DAZN’s coverage in Portugal will include all 12 rounds of the 2026 campaign, featuring the two Portuguese events at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve in Portimão and the Circuito do Estoril. In addition to the premier WorldSBK class, DAZN will also broadcast WorldSSP (Supersport World Championship), the new WorldSPB (sportbike) category, and the FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship (WorldWCR).

The Portuguese round in Portimão is scheduled to grab place from March 27 to 29, with the Estoril race following on October 9 to 11.

ANT1+ will provide live and on-demand coverage of the entire WorldSBK season, including WorldSSP, WorldSPB, and WorldWCR. Highlights from each round will also be aired on ANT1 TV. The season-opening Australian round will be available for free on ANT1+.

Oliveira’s Debut and Championship Sponsorship

The 2026 season will observe significant interest from Portuguese fans with Miguel Oliveira making his debut with BMW. Oliveira begins his first WorldSBK campaign at the season-opening round at Phillip Island in Australia.

Throughout the 2026 season, WorldSBK will be title sponsored by Motul, following an agreement that extends through the end of the campaign, with associated sponsorship continuing through 2030.
