Xenia Hôtellerie Solution S.p.A., an Italian hospitality company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, has signed a binding agreement to acquire the Hotel La Ruota, a four-star hotel in Pianfei, Piedmont, Italy, for a total of €3 million.
