Xi jinping announces China Will Provide Rp 1 Trillion in aid to Palestine

Jakarta – President China Xi Jinping announced that his government would provide assistance of US$ 100 million (around Rp. 1.6 trillion) to Palestine to help alleviate the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and support rebuilding efforts.

Xi conveyed this when speaking at a joint press conference with French President Emmanuel macron after their meeting in Beijing, the capital of China on Thursday (4/12), reported by the news agency AFP Thursday (4/12/2025).
