In an appearance on the Prime Video program Open Casa, Coldeweijer admitted to occasionally overstepping boundaries in her pursuit of celebrity news. “I wouldn’t be able to give an example right now, but emotionally I think I have crossed boundaries every now and then,” she said in conversation with Robbert Rodenburg Display Nieuws.

Coldeweijer justified her actions as a calculated strategy for gaining prominence. “I think it was also necessary to receive that attention for what I did, to stand out. You don’t just suddenly become very big,” she explained. She described herself as a savvy businesswoman who identified and exploited a gap in the market and acknowledged profiting significantly from her work.

The juice queen also expressed her belief that public figures should be able to withstand criticism. “Otherwise you just can’t be [a celebrity]. Then you’re just a whiner,” she stated.

During the Open Casa interview, Coldeweijer briefly discussed a potential daily talk show she was slated to host for Net5. However, the future of the program remains unclear.
