Zora Klipp Returns to the “DAS! Kochstudio”
In the podcast “Doppelrahmstufe,” Klipp announced she will appear in “DAS! Kochstudio” at the end of the year alongside NDR presenter bettina Tietjen. “I took a brief break from my parental leave and filmed Christmas and New Year’s eve with Bettina. My mother-in-law and my baby were on set,” Klipp reported. “And it worked very well.”
The first episode featuring Zora Klipp will air on December 21, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. on NDR. Together with Tietjen, she will present a festive christmas menu. A week later, on December 28th, a New Year’s Eve edition focusing on sharing plates will air.
Festive Christmas Menu Without Much Effort
For the Christmas edition, Klipp and Tietjen have selected dishes that are easy to prepare and use readily available ingredients. As a starter, they will serve a colorful winter salad made from lamb’s lettuce, chicory, endive, and radicchio, accompanied by fried shrimp and a herb vinaigrette based on Tietjen’s favorite recipe with raspberry vinegar, lemon juice, and fresh herbs.
The main course features roast beef with an aromatic crust of walnuts, herbs, and honey. Klipp recommends bringing the meat to room temperature before roasting and then cooking it in the oven at a low 120 degrees Celsius. This keeps the core juicy and evenly pink.
The chefs will also serve crispy fried potatoes.
