Zwift Ride V2 Bundle and Wahoo Kickr Core 2 Deals Discounted for Indoor Cycling Season
Indoor cycling platform Zwift and hardware manufacturer Wahoo have discounted their core winter training hardware by 10 percent ahead of the indoor riding season.
The promotions arrive alongside software updates to the Zwift ecosystem, including a redesigned interface for the Zwift Companion app and a significant geographic expansion of the virtual world of Watopia. Both hardware bundles rely on virtual shifting technology to remove traditional mechanical gear constraints during simulated climbs and group rides.
Zwift Ride V2 Smart Frame Upgrades
The Zwift Ride V2 bundle features an updated dedicated smart frame paired with a Kickr Core 2 trainer and the Zwift Cog and Click virtual shifting system. Building on the original, the V2 hardware introduces multi-length cranks, expanded saddle adjustability, and a wider-diameter handlebar designed to accommodate a broader range of rider fits.
The bundle carries a 10 percent discount, translating to a $130 reduction in the United States, £110 in the United Kingdom, and €120 in Europe. These discounts apply while promotional stock lasts.
Wahoo Kickr Core 2 Hardware Specifications
Riders seeking an indoor setup compatible with an existing bicycle can purchase the Wahoo Kickr Core 2 paired with the Zwift Cog and Click virtual shifting mechanism. This standalone trainer delivers an 1,800-watt maximum resistance ceiling, simulates gradients up to 16 percent, and maintains a power accuracy of 2 percent.
The updated trainer includes integrated Wi-Fi connectivity for faster data transmission. It accommodates almost any standard 8-to-13-speed bicycle frame and is currently discounted by 10 percent, saving buyers $55 in the US, £50 in the UK, and €55 in Europe.
Watopia Map Expansion and App Redesign
Beyond hardware markdowns, Zwift is rolling out a major visual and structural update to the Zwift Companion app this month. The refreshed home screen makes it easier to find features and puts ride statistics in a more prominent location for users tracking training metrics.
