$10 Million Gift to Naples Comprehensive Health Bolsters Women’s Cancer Care
Naples Comprehensive Health (NCH) has received a $10 million donation from the Brynne and Robert Coletti Family to advance oncology services, with a specific focus on women’s cancer care. The gift honors the life and legacy of Brynne Coletti, who passed away in December 2024 after battling brain cancer.
Honoring Brynne Coletti’s Legacy
The philanthropic contribution, announced on February 19, 2026, will be dedicated to strengthening access to advanced care and innovation for women facing cancer in Southwest Florida. Robert Coletti and his family made the donation in memory of his wife of 43 years, Brynne Coletti.
Impact on NCH Oncology Services
The donation will support several key areas within NCH’s oncology program, including:
- The NCH McGlothlin Outpatient Infusion Center
- The women’s oncology surgical wing at NCH North Hospital
- The NCH gynecological oncology clinic for women
NCH will recognize the gift by naming the program the Bob and Brynne Coletti Women’s Cancer Program.
Collaboration with Northwestern Medicine
This contribution builds upon NCH’s existing clinical collaboration with Northwestern Medicine, an integrated academic health system based in Chicago. This partnership aims to provide patients in Southwest Florida with access to expert second opinions, advanced treatment protocols, and strategic program guidance [1]. Northwestern Medicine comprises 11 hospitals and over 200 diagnostic and ambulatory sites.
Commitment to Community Care
“This extraordinary gift reflects a deep commitment to women facing cancer and to the future of oncology care in our community,” said Paul Hiltz, President and CEO of NCH. “Through this generosity, the Coletti family is helping ensure that members of our community receive compassionate, coordinated, world-class care close to home.” [1]
Robert Coletti expressed his hope that the gift would honor his late wife’s memory by providing women with the care, support, and hope they need throughout their cancer journey [1].
Expanding Cancer Care Access
NCH’s affiliation with Northwestern Medicine, established in 2024, aims to improve cancer care and increase access to clinical trials. Prior to the affiliation, approximately 40% of Collier County residents sought cancer treatment outside of the area. NCH aims to reverse this trend and provide comprehensive cancer care locally [4].
