Bella Fanuele, an 18-year-old Big Bear resident and recent high school graduate, died Tuesday night after falling from a support structure at the Big Bear Dam. San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to 37800 Big Bear Blvd. shortly after 11 p.m. following reports of the fall.

Members of the Big Bear Fire Department assisted in the recovery effort, descending a hill to reach the victim.
