2026 IHSA Girls Basketball State Finals: Schedule and Scores

The 2026 Illinois High School Association (IHSA) Girls Basketball State Finals, presented by COUNTRY Financial and OSF Healthcare, are taking place from Thursday, March 5th to Saturday, March 7th at CEFCU Arena on the Illinois State University campus in Normal, Illinois. IHSA News. This year marks the 125th in the IHSA’s history.

Class 1A State Finals

• Semifinals: Mt. Pulaski 47, Brown County 40 (OT) | Deer Creek-Mackinaw 48, Rockford Christian 35 PJ Star
• Third Place: Brown County 59, Rockford Christian 47 PJ Star
• Championship: Mt. Pulaski vs. Deer Creek-Mackinaw, 10 a.m. Saturday PJ Star

Class 2A State Finals

• Semifinals: Breese Central 48, Pleasant Plains 40 | Byron 49, St. Edward 43 PJ Star
• Third Place: Pleasant Plains 53, St. Edward 33 PJ Star
• Championship: Breese Central vs. Byron, 12 p.m. Saturday PJ Star

Class 3A State Finals

• Semifinals: Chatham Glenwood vs. River Forest Trinity, 10 a.m. Friday | Washington vs. Arlington Heights St. Viator, 11:45 a.m. Friday PJ Star
• Third Place: Semifinal losers, 7 p.m. Friday PJ Star

Class 4A State Finals
