Want to know who’s messaging you without even looking at your phone? You can set custom notification sounds for individual contacts! This is a great way to prioritize vital conversations. Go to the contact’s chat, tap thier name at the top, then select Custom Notifications. From there, you can choose a unique sound.
Use WhatsApp Web for Easier Typing
Typing on your phone can be slow. WhatsApp Web lets you use WhatsApp on your computer, making it much easier to type long messages. simply open a web browser and go to web.whatsapp.com. Scan the QR code with your phone,and you’re all set!

Don’t feel like typing? Use voice messages! Just tap and hold the microphone icon. Slide your finger to cancel the message, or release to send. It’s a quick and convenient way to communicate.

You can add emphasis to your messages using simple formatting. Use asterisks (*) to bold text, underscores (_) to italicize text, and tildes (~) to strikethrough text. For example, *this is bold*, _this is italic_, and ~this is struckthrough~.
