Rapper Attends Virtual Court Hearing over Cyberstalking Complaint

Honestly, if she didn’t respond the way she responded to the order, then I wouldn’t even continue to pursue it, Fif told the judge during a virtual court hearing. The New York rapper, filmmaker, and entrepreneur attended a Zoom court session on Tuesday, November 3, regarding his ongoing cyberstalking legal complaint against Tiallondra Kemp, better known as Tia Kemp, who is the ex-girlfriend of rapper Rick Ross. The legal action stems from a temporary injunction filed by 50 Cent—born Curtis Jackson—seeking to protect his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson. According to court documents, Jackson accused Kemp of targeting the teenager across four social media platforms within a six-day window. The complaint alleges that Kemp called the boy slow, claimed he was on the autism spectrum, and repeated assertions during an October 25 interview that he cannot talk. During the November 3 proceeding captured on video and highlighted by TMZ, Jackson informed the presiding judge that he originally considered dropping the complaint. However, he pursued the matter further due to persistent public disparagement directed at him and his son. The judge acknowledged the situation and granted Jackson an additional 30 to 45 days to decide whether to advance the temporary protective order into a permanent injunction. Kemp did not appear at the virtual hearing and had not yet been formally served with the injunction papers, according to TMZ.

Subject Criticizes Rapper on TikTok After Missing Court Session

While the court session proceeded without her, Tia Kemp addressed her absence directly on TikTok. Her Instagram account had recently been deactivated, prompting her to use the alternative platform to criticize the rapper. You know what? I’m about sick of your stupid big-face a*s, Kemp stated in her video clip, questioning why Jackson spent time on Zoom acting like a victim. She added, Curtis 15 muthafkin’ cents… bih if you don’t move the fk around and sit cha bih-a*s down some muthafkin’ where. ‘Cause, bih, I don’t give a f**k about that. Hot 983 reported that Kemp previously dismissed a cease-and-desist letter issued by Jackson’s camp. Following the escalation of the dispute, Kemp blamed the rapper’s fanbase for the loss of her primary social media presence, stating in a video that supporters reported her profiles until Instagram disabled them and restricted her ability to go live on TikTok. In addition to the cyberstalking injunction proceedings, Jackson’s legal team filed a separate $6 million federal lawsuit against Kemp in California on October 26.
