We are seeking a dedicated Third Party Quality Assurance Auditor to join our Nottingham TDX Group. this role within the Third Party Conduct & Oversight team focuses on ensuring fair outcomes for our customers by monitoring and auditing our debt collection partners.
Role Overview
As a third Party Quality Assurance Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting first-line call monitoring and assurance activities. This involves verifying that our debt collection partners adhere to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of consumer protection and ethical debt collection practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1st line call monitoring and assurance of debt collection partners.
- Maintain monitoring activities across Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs).
- Ensure consumers receive fair outcomes through diligent monitoring and enforcement.
- Verify compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in partner performance.
- provide constructive feedback to partners to enhance quality and compliance.
