Parents Lose Custody of children Living in “Bosco” House
Catherine Birmingham adn Nathan Trevallion have lost parental duty for their three children, ages 8 and 6, who were living in a house in Bosco. The court of L’Aquila issued a decree (number 206, November 20, 2025) ordering the children into the custody of a protected structure near Palmoli, in the province of Chieti, Abruzzo.
“Yes, unfortunately it happened and it was terrible. They took our children away from us,” the father stated. The decree was carried out with a notable police presence – five carabinieri patrols, along with social services – and lawyer Maria Luisa Palladino has been appointed as the children’s temporary guardian.
