The former prosecutor was never qualified to lead the institution. And not because I say so, but because he himself showed himself to be a person deeply ignorant of criminal matters, incapable of understanding the slightest provisions and foundations of the accusatory process and completely alien to the legal technique that this assignment requires, we do not know if due to his age or due to his lack of preparation.

And the most repulsive thing about his personality is that he was a traitor: he betrayed those who supported him, those who opened the door for him, those who accompanied him in his professional career.
We must remember that, when he was appointed and supported by various senators and private lawyers (some even personal friends), already with the investiture of Attorney General of the Republicbegan to chase them.
Despite having been a private lawyer for so many years, he had no qualms about betraying those who extended their hand to him and, above all, those who share his profession.

Criminal procedures were instituted, baseless investigations were initiated, and the institution of the Public Prosecutor’s Office was used to persecute political adversaries.
