About This Role
as a Lead Software Engineer – AI/ML, you will design, architect, and implement machine learning solutions that drive transformative technological advancements. You will combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking, capable of translating complex business challenges into scalable, smart systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and advancement of scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Architect and implement robust data pipelines for training and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML applications.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and related technologies.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for AI/ML engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Master’s or PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
