club Med Announces New Resort in Tremblant, Canada

Club med is expanding its presence in North america with Club Med Tremblant, a new Premium All Inclusive Resort developed in partnership with Alderan. the property will be located in Mont-Tremblant, in the heart of the Laurentides, just steps from the pedestrian village and main ski areas. The opening is scheduled for December 2028.

This new resort follows the success of Club Med québec Charlevoix, which has welcomed over 130,000 guests and maintained an average occupancy rate of 80% as its debut in 2021.

On December 5, Club Med finalized a financing agreement with Alderan, represented by President Rémy Bourgeon for SCPI Comète. This agreement includes a long-term lease for resort management and a construction contract designating Club Med as the delegated project owner.Simultaneously, SCPI Comète acquired the land from the Brivia group, which plans to develop a residential project nearby.
