Will Smith Makes Surprise Cameo in ‘Bel Air‘ Finale
Bel Air, Peacock’s reimagined version of The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air, ended on Monday night (December 8) – and will Smith made a surprise appearance. Watch the touching moment here.
Several actors from the original series appeared in Bel Air during its four seasons. These include Daphne Maxwell Reid (Aunt Viv), Vernee Watson-Johnson (Will’s mother Vy), and Tyra Banks (Will’s ex-girlfriend Jackie Ames).
The series aimed to include as many original cast members as possible, but some – most notably Alfonso Ribeiro, Karyn parsons, and DJ Jazzy Jeff – did not appear. Until the finale, Smith, who is an executive producer of the show, was also thought to be among those who wouldn’t be involved.
In the episode, Smith appears with Bel Air‘s Will Smith, played by Jabari Banks. He plays a future version of Will, offering advice to his younger self.
Will,his cousin Carlton (Olly Sholotan),and his friend Jazz (Jordan L. Jones) drive to a spot overlooking the city as Will prepares to go to the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
