The impact caused severe damage to several apartment buildings, some buildings were turned into ruins.
The attack on the array of residential buildings was carried out with two “Iskander” missiles.
Oleh Sinehubov, the head of the Kharkiv region administration, said that one of the hospitalized women is in a serious condition, while the condition of the rest of the injured is moderate.
“Unfortunately, this is how the Russians treat life and people – they continue to kill, despite the efforts of the world and the United States in the diplomatic process,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on the Telegram platform.
A 51-year-old man was killed in an attack by Russian troops on Friday in the city of Kherson, the head of the district administration Oleskandr Prokudin said.
