Program Overview

EridanSeed is a complete 12-month program designed to scale Nigerian SMEs. It provides a combination of capital, infrastructure support, and direct partnership to strengthen operations, build resilience, and foster new avenues for growth. Selected businesses will collaborate closely with the Eridan team throughout the program.

Program Structure

Phase 1: exploration (3 Months)

The first phase involves a thorough assessment of each selected SME’s business. This in-depth analysis identifies operational weaknesses, infrastructure constraints, and potential growth opportunities. The focus is on diagnostics, strategic planning, and collaborative problem-solving.

Phase 2: Execution (9 Months)

During the second phase, each SME will receive a $25,000 investment. This funding is coupled with hands-on operational support to drive traction, improve existing systems, and achieve sustainable scaling.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the EridanSeed SME Scale Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a registered Small or Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) in Nigeria.
• Be currently operational and generating revenue.
• Have a minimum of two years of operational history.
• Have active involvement from the founder or management team in daily operations.
• Demonstrate clear potential for growth and scalability.
• Be open to operating across multiple sectors.
• Be willing to fully commit to the 12-month program.
