Sleep Token’s ‘Even in Arcadia‘ Achieves Gold Status in the US, Grammy Nomination Adds to Momentum
Sleep Token’s critically acclaimed 2023 album, Even in Arcadia, has been certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), signifying sales of over 500,000 units in the United States. The certification, announced in January 2026, recognizes the significant commercial success of the UK-based band’s sophomore full-length release.
This achievement is especially noteworthy within the contemporary music landscape, as Gold certifications are becoming increasingly rare for bands operating within the heavier music genres. Even in Arcadia demonstrated its immediate impact upon release in May 2023, debuting at the top of the Billboard 200 chart. This marked a significant milestone in Sleep Token’s career, solidifying their growing fanbase and critical acclaim.
Prior to the album’s success, the band’s 2023 single, “The Summoning,” also reached Gold certification, further demonstrating their rising popularity.
