Manor authorities arrested a man accused of child exploitation and online sexual solicitation, after rescuing a 13-year-old girl who was allegedly forced to produce intimate images. The investigation continues and extends to other possible cases.

The Manor Police Department led the operation that led to the rescue of a minor and the arrest of a suspect for alleged child exploitation.

The investigations led to a home in Manor, where officers located and rescued a 13-year-old girl city resident.
According to the police, the minor was allegedly coerced by an adult to produce and send intimate images. The suspect was identified as Frederick Osburn, who resided at the same address.
During the execution of a search warrant, Osburn allegedly attempted to obstruct officers and He was initially arrested on a charge of interference with public functions.
It was later confirmed that he faces additional charges in Montgomery County for online sexual solicitation of a minor, with a bail set at $500,000.
Authorities reported that multiple electronic devices were seized as part of the investigation. Preliminary analysis of the evidence suggests that Osburn would have used false identities on the internetposing as a minor to contact and allegedly victimize other children.
The case remains under investigation and authorities do not rule out that there are more victims.
The Manor Police Department noted that its Victim Services Division is coordinating medical care and comprehensive support for the rescued minor.

In a statement, the corporation thanked the support of the United States Marshals Service, as well as the prosecutor’s offices of Travis and Montgomery counties, and the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Sheriff’s Office.
The authorities recalled that every person is considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
