Ashburn, Virginia, February 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — A leading enterprise technology and innovation partner. DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC)announced on February 11 that it will open a new Customer Experience Center (CEC) in London.
The center is designed to create an environment where DXC experts can collaborate directly with customers and move new technologies, including AI, beyond the experimentation stage and into enterprise-wide implementation. It operates based on the collective experience of 6,000 interdisciplinary DXC personnel, including system architects, software engineers, industry experts and service delivery teams, operating across the UK and Ireland. It also adds to the capabilities of DXC’s global network of 40,000 developers worldwide, enabling customers across the UK and Ireland to co-design and develop solutions that drive measurable enterprise-wide business outcomes.
Located in the City of London, the business hub of London, the center enables collaborative innovation across DXC’s platforms, services and solutions, from automation, generative and agentic AI to AdvisoryX, DXC’s consulting and advisory arm, agentic security operations, and enterprise applications and infrastructure. Through DXC’s differentiated capabilities, customers can directly explore how to strengthen resilience, accelerate decision-making, and create measurable business impact.
Derek Allison, General Manager of DXC Technologies, UK and Ireland, said: “The London Customer Experience Center is a space where our customers can come and talk about their most difficult technology challenges and co-create solutions with a team of experienced experts.” He continued, “In a world where exponential change has become the norm for business, leaders need a trusted partner to help them design, build and run AI-driven enterprises. This center is not just a space to showcase expertise and solutions. It is an extension of our customers’ digital transformation journey.”
The Customer Experience Center will support key public and private organizations in the region, including the Metropolitan Police, Network Rail, Barts Health NHS Trust, London Market Insurance, the Ministry of Defense and the Department of Health & Social Care, to help accelerate their digital transformation.
DXC plans to hire 150 new AI experts across the UK and Ireland to help companies establish AI as a strategic priority and transition it into operational use. It will also seek to develop the next generation of transformation leaders who will drive complex AI-driven change across a variety of industries, including government, aerospace and defence, banking and insurance, automotive, healthcare and life sciences. The new center builds on DXC’s presence in the UK and Ireland with offices and facilities located in Erskine, Newcastle, Tewkesbury and Farnborough.
“Organizations across industries are under pressure to move AI from one-off pilots to secure, scalable operational capabilities,” said Bob James, CEO of Velonetic, a services provider that helps modernize and operate London’s insurance market. “DXC’s Customer Experience Center provides a practical environment for business and technology teams to co-design, validate and industrialize AI and data-driven solutions across complex platforms.”
Industry analysts also highly evaluate the potential impact of this center.
“Successfully leveraging digital technologies, including AI, requires a multidisciplinary team that not only understands the technology, but also the organizational, cultural and regulatory barriers that stand in the way of productization and scale,” said Georgina O’Toole, chief analyst and partner at TechMarketView, a UK-based technology industry analysis and advisory firm. “Centers like DXC can combine specific business challenges with domain and technology expertise to accelerate the path to operational, scale-up, and measurable results.”
