The new restaurant, named ‘The Taste Corner,’ will be operated by Sadri, Edmond, Ermonda, Edona and Zaha – the former owners of Trattoria del Buongusto in Marmore.

Trattoria Peppe Scappa, a beloved local eatery, closed its doors on June 1, 2023, after more than half a century in business. Since then, the space has been utilized for events.
