Maserati Expands Driving Experience with New Tracks and GT2 Stradale
Maserati is expanding its Master Maserati Driving Experience for 2026, adding new international circuits and featuring the high-performance GT2 Stradale. The program, which has seen over 9,000 participants since its launch in 1999, aims to provide a more immersive and structured experience for drivers of all skill levels.
International Expansion
For the first time, Maserati is extending the driving experience beyond Italy. The program will now include circuits in Germany (Hockenheimring) and France (Circuit Paul Ricard), alongside existing Italian venues such as Modena, Varano de’ Melegari, and Vallelunga’s 4km circuit. GT2 Stradale Takes Center Stage
The 2026 experience will heavily feature the GT2 Stradale, Maserati’s most powerful road-legal combustion model. The GT2 Stradale produces around 470kW (approximately 620 horsepower) from its Nettuno V6 engine, achieving 0 to 96km/h (0-60 mph) in 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 323km/h (200 mph). The flagship GT2 Racetrack Academy will utilize the GT2 Stradale, offering intensive training sessions focused on braking, weight transfer, and acceleration techniques. Participants will benefit from telemetry analysis, lead-and-follow laps, and the opportunity for a hot lap in a full GT2 race car.
The track-only MCXtrema will likewise be included, with dedicated sessions for owners.
Blending Real and Virtual Racing
Maserati is integrating sim racing into the program, allowing advanced participants to compete in virtual GT2 race cars as part of a broader training ecosystem. Driven Car Guide
Course Options for All Levels
The course line-up caters to varying skill levels, ranging from the entry-level Modena GT Experience to the more intense GT Pro and GT2 Academy programs. Shorter formats, such as the GT Am course, offer drivers the chance to experience models like the GranTurismo Trofeo and MCPura, which produce up to 463kW (approximately 612 horsepower).
Guest programs are also available, including passenger hot laps and limited on-track driving sessions.
Maserati’s 2026 program aims to provide a structured pathway into the brand’s racing DNA, moving beyond a traditional track day experience.
