Autonomous University of Coahuila Opens New Nutrition and Functional Foods Laboratory
The Autonomous University of Coahuila (UAdeC) has inaugurated a new Nutrition and Functional Foods Laboratory at the Faculty of Nursing and Nutrition “Dr. Santiago Valdés Galindo” Southeast Unit. The inauguration was led by UAdeC Rector Octavio Pimentel Martínez.
