Iranian state television reports that Iran considers the U.S. Conditions “excessive.” A senior Iranian security official stated the country will complete the conflict on its own terms when its conditions are met.
The Iranian demands, as reported, do not directly address the nuclear program, suggesting a potential willingness to partially compromise on nuclear ambitions in exchange for U.S. Concessions.
Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu acknowledged this week that Trump is committed to negotiations with Iran to stop the war. Israeli officials expressed surprise at Trump’s offer to Tehran, as Netanyahu has long opposed negotiations with the Iranian regime.
Air raids continue
The conflict in the Middle East continues, with Israel conducting bombings in Iran and Lebanon, where a large-scale offensive against Hezbollah is underway. Iran has retaliated with missile and drone attacks on Israel and surrounding countries.
More than 1,500 civilian deaths have been reported in Iran due to American and Israeli attacks, with extensive damage caused by bombings of Iranian regime targets in residential areas.
Israel claims to have killed thousands of Iranian soldiers and leaders in air strikes. Twenty civilian deaths and at least two soldier deaths have been reported in Israel, along with at least thirteen American soldier fatalities.
Over a million people have fled Lebanon. Lebanese authorities report nearly 1,100 deaths from Israeli strikes.
These figures do not differentiate between militants and civilians. Aid organizations fear Lebanon may face a humanitarian crisis similar to Gaza, where Israel has caused widespread destruction.
