Joe (Joseph) O’Kane, a resident of 10 Park Road, Cranagh, County Tyrone, has died, Highland Radio reported on April 30, 2026. He was a beloved husband, father, and brother, and his passing marks a loss for the local community.
Family and Funeral Arrangements
Mr. O’Kane is survived by his wife, Caroline, and his children, Mary-Jo and Aron. He is also remembered by his siblings: Tom, Mick, Barney, Louis, Pearse, Fidelma, Monica, Maria, and Paula.

Reposing will take place at his home, 10 Park Road, Cranagh, on Thursday, April 30th, from 6-10 pm, and on Friday, May 1st, from 12-10 pm. The funeral will commence from his home on Saturday, May 2nd, at 10:30 am, followed by a Requiem Mass at 11:00 am in St. Patrick’s Church, Cranagh. Interment will then take place in the adjoining cemetery.
