The inspection on July 21 targeted the facility’s supervised residential group, known as the Betreute Wohngruppe, according to a statement from an Alloheim Group spokesperson. County officials noted that while initial checks revealed operational shortcomings, a definitive assessment of the facility remains pending as further evaluations continue through the coming week. The latest intervention follows an emergency response in June, when hundreds of emergency responders deployed to the Alloheim facility after indoor temperatures reportedly climbed to 35 degrees Celsius.

According to the Alloheim spokesperson, management increased cleaning schedules for communal areas due to the high maintenance demands associated with the residential care focus.
